ACGM标记在小麦属中的通用性

摘  要:
为检验水稻基因组数据在小麦属中的通用性,利用基于水稻基因组数据设计的扩增共有序列遗传标记(ACGM)扩增小麦属12种不同材料,结果有32对引物可以至少在1种小麦属材料中获得扩增产物,占引物总数的80%;在能够获得特异性产物的32对引物中,有4对引物的产物在供试材料之间没有多态性位点;有28对引物可以在供试小麦材料之间获得多态产物,占引物总数的70%。这表明以水稻基因组序列开发的ACGM标记在小麦中有一定的通用性。

摘  要:
In order to study the transferability of rice genome data,40 ACGM markers exploited from rice were investigated in 12 Triticum accession in this study.A total of 32 pairs of primers exhibited specific PCR products in at least one accession,occupying 80% of total primers.Among those 32 pairs of primers exhibited specific PCR products,4 have no polymorphism among accessions.A total of 28 pairs of primers exhibited polymorphis PCR products among all accessions,occupying 70% of total primers.This result shows that rice genome data have some transferability in Triticum.
