基于总量控制的军塘湖流域农业水资源配置

摘  要：
以军塘湖流域农业水资源开发利用现状为基础,针对军塘湖流域实行用水总量控制的问题,建立供水量和供水比例对作物蒸发蒸腾量的非线性关系。然后以Jensen模型为基础,结合作物灌溉面积及市场价格,构建供水量和供水比例对作物经济效益的模型。该模型有效地促进了流域内作物经济效益的提高,对水资源严格管理的实现起到了促进作用。

摘  要：
Based on the situation of agricultural water resources development and utilization of Juntang lake basin,according to the principle of total water consumption quantity control,the nonlinear relation of water supply amount and water supply proportion to the crop transpiration is built in this paper.Then,on the basis of Jensen model,combined with crop irrigation area and market price,the model of the water supply amount and water supply proportion to the economic benefits is established.The model can effectively promote the enhancement of crop economic benefit and the strict water resources management in the arid irrigation area.
