城市中心城区扩展监测关键技术研究

摘  要：
借助GIS的空间分析功能,利用土地利用规划数据库、历年土地变更调查数据库成果,提取城市中心城区土地利用变化类型信息,设计评价指标,探索一套城市中心城区规划实施与扩展监测评估的技术方法。该方法可以对城市中心城区的规划实施及扩展情况进行较为全面客观的反映,同时也便于各城市间的对比分析,为城市中心城区的监测评估提供了可行的技术方案。

摘  要：
Using the GIS spatial analysis function,adopting land use planning database and land change survey database,information of landuse change of urban central city was extracted. The evaluation index was designed,in order to reflect the land use planning and extension situation of central city. It is concluded that the method described in the paper,could comprehensively reflect the center city planning implementation and land expansion degree. At the same time analysis between the cities could be convenient. Urban central city survey and evaluation have a feasible technology method.
