倒卵叶五加多糖提取分离工艺研究

摘  要:
目的:优化倒卵叶五加多糖提取分离工艺。方法:水提醇沉提取多糖,正交实验设计,探讨影响多糖提取分离工艺的诸因素。结果:倒卵叶五加多糖最佳提取分离工艺为用10倍水提取3次,每次1h。醇沉分离工艺最佳条件为乙醇浓度85%,料液比1∶2(g/mL),静置14h。结论:倒卵叶五加多糖提取分离工艺稳定可靠,最优条件下多糖得率为466mg/100g生药。

摘  要:
Objective:To optimize the extraction and isolation technology of polysaccharides from Acanthopanax obovatus Hoo. Methods:Orthogonal experiments were adapted to design and analyze. Results:The optimal extraction condition was 10 times water,extracted 3 times,1h for each time. The optimal isolation condition was 1∶ 2(g/mL)of solid-liquid ratio,85% ethanol,depositing for 14h. Conclusion:The extraction and isolation technology of polysaccharides was simple,stable and efficient. The yield of polysaccharides under optimal condition was 466mg/100g drug.
