贵州开阳烟区南江3号烤烟化学成分特征与可用性评价

摘  要:
为明确贵州开阳烤烟的化学质量特征,进一步提高开阳烟区烟叶质量,采集了开阳烟区5个主要产烟乡镇南江3号的B2F、C3F、X2F 3个等级烤烟样品各78个,测定了烟叶总糖、还原糖、烟碱、总氮、钾、氯含量,分析了开阳烟区烤烟化学成分特征,并应用隶属函数法对其可用性进行了综合评价。结果表明:开阳烟区南江3号烟叶氮碱比偏高外,总糖、还原糖、烟碱、总氮、钾、氯含量等化学指标均在合理水平,总体化学成分协调。B2F等级烟叶糖含量较高,X2F等级烟叶烟碱含量偏低;从协调性来看,B2F等级烟叶糖碱比较协调,C3F和X2F等级烟叶糖碱比相对较高;C3F和X2F等级烟叶氮碱比略高;3个等级烟叶钾氯比较大。不同植烟乡镇烤烟总糖、还原糖、总氮、烟碱、糖碱比、氮碱比存在一定差异。开阳烤烟化学成分可用性指数( CCUI)平均得分为70.43,35.04%的烟叶可用性在较好以上。各乡镇烤烟 CCUI值由大到小依次为:宅吉、冯三、龙岗、马场、花梨。综合分析开阳烟区烟草化学成分特点,为合理评价烤烟质量提供理论依据。

In order to investigate the characteristics of the main chemical components of flue-tobacco leaves in Kaiyang tobacco growing areas,78 samples of Nanjiang No.3 tobacco leaves with 3 grades( B2F,C3F,X2F) were collected from the five main tobacco-growing towns of Kaiyang and the contents of total sugar ,reducing sug-ar,nicotine,total nitrogen,potassium and chlorine were analyzed,and the usability was evaluated by means of fuzzy mathematics.The results showed that the ratio of nitrogen to nicotine in Nanjiang No.3 tobacco leaves of Kaiyang tobacco growing areas was high;the contents of other chemical components were appropriate and all within proper ranges and their coordination was good.The content of total sugar of B2F was high,however,the content of nicotine of X2F was low.The ratio of total sugar to nicotine was appropriate in B2F,however,that was high in C3F and X2F.The ratio of nitrogen to nicotine in C3F and X2F and the ratio of potassium to chlo-rine in all the three grades were high.There were differences in the contents of total sugar,reducing sugar,nico-tine,total nitrogen,the ratio of total sugar to nicotine,and the ratio of nitrogen to nicotine among tobacco leaves from different tobacco-growing towns.The average chemical components usability indexs ( CCUI ) of the flue-cured tobacco leaves from Kaiyang was 70.43.The comprehensive evaluation of chemical components was about 35.04%at the high leve1.CCUI values of the tobacco leaves from different tobacco-growing areas showed the trend of Zhaiji>Fengsan>Longgang>Machang>Huali.The comprehensive analysis of the chemical composition characteristics of the tobacco leaves provides theoretical basis for rational evaluation of the quality of flue-cured tobacco from Kaiyang tobacco leaves growing areas.
