摘 要:
给排水系统的消毒处理部分是植物隔离检疫温室生物安全性的重要保障,可防止有害生物随水发生逃逸,或产生交叉污染,对于保证试验的可靠性、准确性以及确保生态安全具有重要的意义。本文根据负压型植物隔离检疫温室的特点设计了给排水系统,其消毒处理部分采用砂石沉淀、活性炭、反渗透、超滤、紫外和臭氧等多种方式消毒处理有害生物,初步建立了给排水系统的生物安全评价指标。试验检测结果表明,消毒处理部分可有效处理全部有害生物,符合实验室生物安全要求。

摘 要:
The disinfection part of water supply and drainage system is important technical guarantee for biological safety of plant quarantine greenhouse. It is meaningful to ensure the reliability,accuracy of the experiment and ecological security. In this paper water supply and drainage system is designed on the basis of characteristic of plant quarantine greenhouse. The sand sedimentation, acticarbon, reverse osmosis,ultrafiltration, ultraviolet and Ozone were adapted in its disinfection part. The evaluation index of biological safety on the disinfection part was established. The experiment result shows that disinfection part may disinfect the pest efficiently. The result of disinfection is in accord with requirement of biological safety.
