摘 要:
气密性是实验室生物安全的核心要求,是实现隔离检疫功能,防止有害生物发生逃逸的重要技术保证。为此,我国颁布的国家强制性标准《实验室生物安全通用要求》对医学体外和动物活体操作实验室的气密性要求做出了具体的规定。本文介绍了《实验室生物安全通用要求》中气密性要求的主要内容和技术指标,并将其与多个植物隔离检疫温室标准和文献中的气密性要求进行比较,建议根据植物隔离检疫试验对象的特点,对植物隔离检疫温室的布局、设施设备和技术指标进行调整和补充,以利于植物隔离检疫温室的建设和管理。

摘 要:
Air-tightness is core requirement of biosafety and technical assurance to relize plant quarantine function and prevent escape of pest.Therefore,laboratories-General requirements for biosafety(GB 19489) was issued by China as country standard.It regulates the material requirements of air-tightness for iatrology and living animal laboratories.In this paper the main content and technical index of the standard were introduced and compared with those elements including air-tightness from many other plant quarantine greenhouse standards and documents.It is suggested that the design,equipment and technical index of green house should be adjusted and reinforced according to the charcteristics of plant quarantine trargets so that plant quarantine greenhouse could be constructed and managed very well.
