RFLP技术及其在植物遗传育种中的应用(综述)

摘  要:
RFLP应用于植物遗传育种中,能够快速有效地筛选抗病基因;为把复杂的性状分解成单个的遗传组成。进而用单基因的效能来处理这些性状提供了可能性;应用RPLP能够极大地提高回交育种轮回亲本的恢复进程;在远缘杂交中能加速识别包含有目的基因的外源DNA小片段是否转移到推广品种中。本文讨论了RFLP的类型、RPLP技术的发展概况、RFLP技术的原理与方法及其在植物遗传与育种上的应用。

摘  要:
The integration of RFLP technique applied to plant breeding makes it possible to screen disease resistance genes efficiently in short time. High density RFLP maps provide the opportunity to resolve complex traits into their individual genetic components, it might then be possible to deal with these characters with the efficacy of single gene traits. The utilization of RFLP technique promises to overcome the major limitations of backcross procedure and increase the efficiency of selection in breeding. In distant hybridization, RFLP technique can quickly identify whether a small fragment of alien DNA containing the desired genes be transferred into commercial varieties or not. The present paper reviewed the types of RFLP, the principle and procedure of RFLP and its developments. The utilization of RFLP technique in genetic study and plant breeding are also discussed.
