基于TOPSIS模型的土地资源利用变化及其绩效分析——以阜康市为例

摘  要：
【目的】通过分析阜康市近7年的土地利用变化,分析该区域土地资源利用成效,是否处于可持续利用的状态。【方法】采取比重法、变异系数法、TOPSIS绩效分析模型相结合【结果】研究区域土地资源利用变化总体情况正逐步向集约利用型方向发展,土地资源绩效水平介于低级和中级之间,土地资源利用的经济绩效、生态绩效、综合绩效水平均处于平稳上升的进程;由通过分析评价得到的绩效水平变化趋势,发掘研究区在发展过程中在土地资源利用上的存在的薄弱环节及问题,提出切实可行的整改意见建议,为改善阜康市土地资源利用绩效水平提供一定的理论参考依据。【结论】研究期间,区域内土地资源利用情况逐年优化,为保证土地资源利用整体绩效水平的提升,必须统筹协调依托经济效益、社会效益、生态效益的共同发展。

摘  要：
【Objective】To analyze the land use change in seven years,the use effectiveness of land resources in the region and the state of sustainable use of Fukang City. 【Method】The proportion method,the variation coefficient method,TOPSIS model combines performance analysis were applied in the project. 【Result】The overall situation of land resource utilization in this area was gradually changing towards intensive use.The level of performance was between low and medium,the economic performance,ecological performance,and the overall performance level of land resource use was rising steadily in the process; The level of performance trends obtained through analysis and evaluation urged us to explore the weaknesses and problems in the use of land resources in the development process of the study area and practical suggestions and rectification opinions were proposed in the hope of providing a theoretical reference which might be helpful for improving the utilization of land resources performance level in Fukang City. 【Conclusion】During the study period,the area of land resource utilization was gradually optimized each year. The improvement of overall performance level of the use of land resources must rely on the common development of coordinated economic,social and ecological benefits.
