基于因子分析的农业科技人才评价指标体系研究

摘  要:
针对农业科技人才多维度评价过程中指标体系构建的问题,提出了一种基于因子分析的科技人才综合竞争力评价方法。文章首先在文献调研的基础上建立了初步的农业科技人才评价指标体系,然后采用因子分析法对初步农业科技人才的评价指标体系进行指标加权和筛选,构建最终加权的评价指标体系,最后利用构建的加权评价指标体系对我国农业领域的105位高产学者进行评价研究,并针对我国农业科技人才综合竞争力的提升提出了对策建议。该文构建的加权农业科技人才评价指标体系指标客观丰富且系统科学;将因子分析法用于加权评价指标体系的构建,即无需关注指标之间的相关重叠性,也无需人为确定指标权重,评价结果更为客观科学。

摘  要:
To construct the index system in the multi-dimensional evaluation of agricultural science and technology talents,this paper puts forward a comprehensive competitiveness evaluation method based on factor analysis for scientific and technological talents. This paper firstly set up a preliminary evaluation index system for agricultural science and technology talents on the basis of literature research. Then,it used factor analysis to weight and select the preliminary evaluation index system for agricultural science and technology talents,and build the final weighted evaluation index system. Finally,it use the weighted evaluation index system to evaluate 105 high yield agricultural science and technology talents in China's agricultural field. And put forward some suggestions to improve the competitiveness for agricultural science and technology talents in China. The results showed that the weighted evaluation index system of agricultural science and technology talent was objective and systematic,and the evaluation result was more objective and scientific.
