细脚棒束孢菌株的抑菌活性

摘  要:
为细脚棒束孢在抗菌方面的应用提供参考,采用滤纸片法检测细脚棒束孢(Isaria tenuipes)的发酵液和菌丝提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)和大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)的抑菌效果。结果表明:细脚棒束孢发酵液及菌丝提取物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制作用,且发酵液的抑菌作用较强;发酵液对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径为11.32mm,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径为8.51mm。细脚棒束孢发酵液对大肠杆菌的抑制作用强于对金黄色葡萄球菌的。

摘  要:
The antibacterial effect of fermentation liquor and mycelia extract of I.tenuipes against S.aureus and E.coli was studied by the filtering paper method to provide a reference for application of I.tenuipes in antibacterial field.The results showed that:1)The fermentation liquor and mycelia extract of I.tenuipes both have the antibacterial effect against S.aureus and E.coli,and the fermentation liquor has the strong antibacterial effect;2)The inhibition zone diameter of the fermentation liquor against E.coli and S.aureusis 11.32 mm and 8.51 mm respectively,which indicates that the antibacterial effect of the fermentation liquor against E.coli is better than against S.aureus.
