硝虫硫磷在柑桔和土壤中的残留分析研究

摘  要:
本文报道了具有自主知识产权的新杀虫剂创制品种硝虫硫磷在柑桔和土壤中的残留分析方法。样品以丙酮提取,二氯甲烷萃取,中性氧化铝加酸洗活性炭混合柱净化,采用气相色谱法检测定量,最小检知量为1.4×10-10g。当添加浓度为0.05~0.5 mg·kg-1时,硝虫硫磷在桔肉、桔皮和土壤中的回收率分别为88.37%~93.17%、87.07%~94.07%和86.47%~93.30%,变异系数为1.65%~4.14%。

摘  要:
A method was developed to determine residue of Xiaochongliulin, a new insecticide, in soil and orange respectively by capillary gas chromatography with a NPD,. The samples were extracted with acetone by blending and the extracts were partitioned with dichloromethane. After cleanup on a mixture column of aluminum oxide (neutral) and activated charcoal, the residues were analyzed by gas chromatograph with DB-17 capillary column and NPD for quantitative analysis. Limit of detection for Xiaochongliulin was 1.4×10-10g. Recoveries of Xiaochongliulin in orange, rind and soil were 81.93%~83.96%, 81.40%~87.21% and 81.37%~89.23%, respectively.
