硝虫硫磷的合成及对矢尖蚧的药效试验

摘  要:
硝虫硫磷由O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯与2,4-二氯-6-硝基苯酚反应制得,放大试验收率可达95%以上,其30%乳油急性经口LD50属中毒,急性经皮LD50属低毒。对矢尖蚧有明显的杀灭作用。亩用量折纯与速扑杀相同时效果相当,且速效性优于速扑杀,具有大面积推广使用价值。

摘  要:
Xiaochongliulin is prepared by reaction of O,O- diethyl - phosphonothionic chloride with 2,4- dichloro- 6 - nitro - phenol. The yield at industrial scale is over 95%.Acute oral LD50 of its 30% EC is more than 198 ing/kg. Acute percutaneous LD50 of its 30% EC is over 1000mg/kg. It can kill arrowhead scale obviously. Xiaochongliulin exhibited a efficacy similar to methidathion, and the former, with faster action, has a potential for commercialization.
