太阳能加热型玻璃钢沼气池的研制

摘  要:
针对目前国内沼气池存在的建池周期长、产气率低、受季节影响大等问题,依据北方地区生产实践研究设计出一种新型太阳能玻璃钢沼气罐。结合国际上先进的玻璃钢罐螺旋工艺技术,采用分体结构,并用太阳能热水循环系统提高玻璃钢沼气池的罐体温度和产气率,较好地解决了北方冬季产气问题。

摘  要:
Presently, developing biogas digester in our country has some problems, such as ,the period of building a digester is too long, biogas output is low and it can't produce biogas normally in winter .etc, Aimed at these problems, in this paper, we designed a new solar FRP biogas digester according to the production condition in the northern region, combining with the advanced FRP helix craft technique ,adopting fission structure, and using solar energy hot water circulatory system to rise the temperature of FRP digester for improving biogas output, it solves the biogas product problem better.
