超声波辅助提取大青叶中总黄酮及其抗氧化性研究

摘  要:
以大青叶(Folium Isatidis)为原料,采用单因素试验法,研究了乙醇浓度、超声时间、料液比和提取次数等因素对大青叶中总黄酮提取率的影响,得到大青叶中总黄酮的最适提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度70%,超声时间30 min,料液比(g/mL)1∶25和提取次数2次。该试验结果可为大青叶资源的进一步开发利用提供参考。

摘  要:
Using Folium Isatidis as material, the parameters of extraction technology of total flavnoids including ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time, material to liquid ratio and extraction times were studied with single factor experiments.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were extraction concentration of 70%, ultrosonic time of 30 min, materialto-liquid ratio of 1∶25 and extracting two times.
