摘  要：
直接从病人体内获得多能干细胞是再生医学研究的最终目标之一。将体细胞转化为多能干细胞的再程序化方法已经被广泛研究。本文综述了将分化细胞再程序化为多能干细胞的四种方法:核移植、细胞融合、培养和限定性因子诱导。从分子和功能水平上论述了不同方法中细胞再程序化的鉴定标准。我们下一步研究目标应该着眼于从分子和生物学水平上彻底解密细胞再程序化的机制,以期为干细胞研究者进行更深入的研究提供借鉴。

摘  要：
Generating pluripotent stem cells directly from cells obtained from patients is one of the ultimate goals in regenerative medicine."Reprogramming"strategies for the generation of pluripotent stem cells from somatic cells have been studied extensively.This review discusses the different strategies that have been used to induce the conversion of a differentiated cell into an embryonic pluripotent state,including nuclear transfer,cellular fusion,culture-induced and defined factors reprogramming.We critically discuss the criteria for assessing reprogramming at the functional and molecular levels using different approaches,In future,our efforts should aim to dissect reprogramming at the molecular and biochemical levels in order to provide a mirror for stem cell researchers.
