月季切花衰老期游离氨基酸变化动态初探

摘  要:
氨基酸与蛋白质是植物体内的重要生命物质,它们与植物器官的衰老有着密切的关系。已有报道郁金香、香石竹和月季切花衰老时花瓣中蛋白质降低,游离氨基酸含量增加,月季切花瓶插期总游离氨基酸和碱性氨基酸含量上升。然而,构成蛋白质的氨基酸有20种,每一种氨基酸除作为蛋白质的构成组分外,还有其特殊的功能。如甲硫氨酸是乙烯合成的前体,而乙烯是促进切花衰老的最重要激素。本文对月季切花采后各种氨基酸的变化动态进行测定,以期弄清氨基酸在切花衰老中的作用。 材 料 与 方 法 供试品种有‘意中夫人’、‘X夫人’和‘新星’。当花朵最外2—3枚花瓣开始外翻时采收。将花枝分别插于蒸馏水和保鲜液(2%蔗糖+250ppm8-HQ+500ppm柠檬酸+25ppmAgNO_3)中。

摘  要:
The concentrations of aspartic acid, histidine,arginine,lysine,valine, serine and methionine in petals of cut rose flower ( Rosa hybrida Hort . cv. Dame de Coeur ) increased throughout the vase life. Free proline, alanine and isoleucine rose during the early period of postharvest life, but declined thereafter. Leucine and phenyalanine increased initially, then decreased, and finally rose again. The contents of free glutamic acid, glycine, cysteine and tyrosine fluctuated. The increment of free amino acids was inhibited by the preservative treatment.
