牛瘤胃液中链球菌的分离与鉴定

摘  要:
在牛瘤胃中,牛链球菌的数量和发酵类型直接影响瘤胃的正常生理活动,同时牛链球菌发酵产生的乳酸和其内存在的各种酶在实际的工业生产中具有重要的价值。本试验从新采集的牛瘤胃液中分离得到菌株,用微量生化反应管和16SrRNA技术分别对菌株的生化及遗传特性进行鉴定,结合革兰氏染色和形态学观察结果判定所分离的菌株即为牛链球菌,为更好地研究和改造该菌奠定了理论和试验基础。

摘  要:
In cattle rumen,the number of Streptococcus bovis and the type of fermentation have a direct effect on ruminal normal physiological activity.In the mean time,lactic acid which is produced by Streptococcus bovis's fermentation and all kinds of enzymes which exist in Streptococcus bovis have important values in practical industrial production.In this test,author isolated strain from ruminal fluids,and used the microcrystalline biochemical event reactons and the 16S rRNA gene technology to identify the biochemistry and inherited characteristic of the isolated strain respectively,binding to the viewing result of gram staining and morphology,author assessment the isolated strain was Streptococcus bovis,providing the theory and experiment foundation for study and research the streptococcus bovis preferably.
