高校食品安全风险分析课程规范化建设研究探索

摘  要:
该文介绍了食品安全风险分析学科的发展,阐述了高校食品质量与安全专业开设食品安全风险分析课程的必要性。结合实际教学经验,提出了食品安全风险分析课程在参考教材、教学内容、教学大纲、课程管理和教学实践等5个方面规范化建设的探索。为高校开设和建设食品安全风险分析课程提供参考和指导。

摘  要:
The development of the discipline of food safety risk analysis was introduced,and the necessity and significance of establishment of food safety risk analysis in food quality and safety specialty in colleges and universities were described. Combined with practical experience,the references materials,teaching content and teaching programme,course management and teaching practice were discussed for the standardization construction. The investigation hopes to provide some references for offering helps for this course in colleges and universities.
