摘  要：
在发现猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)感染后ssc-miR-27b-3p显著下调表达的基础上,进一步分析其在PRRSV感染中的作用。通过在Marc-145和猪肺泡巨噬细胞(PAM)中超表达和抑制表达sscmiR-27b-3p,再用PRRSV感染细胞,利用荧光定量PCR和Western blot技术检测细胞内PRRSV RNA和蛋白表达差异,证实ssc-miR-27b-3p能显著抑制PRRSV在宿主细胞中的增殖。

摘  要：
On the basis of significant downregulation of ssc-mir-27b-3p after porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) infection,its function during PRRSV infection was further detected. By overexpression and inhibition of ssc-mir-27b-3p expression in Marc-145 and pig alveolar macrophage(PAM),PRRSV was used to infect the cells,and the differences in PRRSV RNA and protein expression were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blot. The results showed that ssc-mir-27b-3p significantly inhibited the proliferation of PRRSV in host cells.
