皮大麦在家禽饲料中营养价值评估研究进展

摘  要:
皮大麦在欧洲、澳洲是常用的家禽饲料原料。目前我国每年进口大量的皮大麦用于畜禽饲料,国内关于皮大麦在家禽饲料中营养价值评估的研究极少。文章主要综述了国外关于皮大麦的理化指标及其对家禽的有效能值、氨基酸消化率、抗营养成分及解决方案、饲料中适宜添加量相关方面的内容。

摘  要:
Barley is a common poultry feedstuff in European and Australia. At present, our country im-ports a large number of barley which is utilized in animal feed every year. However, the studies of nu-tritional value evaluation of barley in poultry feed is scarce.This paper mainly reviewed the progress ofchemical composition, effective energy value, digestibility of amino acid, anti nutritional factors and so-lutions, the appropriate inclusion levels of barley in poultry feed.
