不同培养基分离的铅锌矿区圆叶无心菜根际细菌镉铅耐性研究

摘  要:
利用常规、含Cd2+和含Pb2+的3种细菌培养基,分离云南省会泽县铅锌矿区圆叶无心菜的根际细菌,采用含Cd2+或Pb2+的培养液培养分离物,研究和比较这3种培养基分离的细菌对Cd2+和Pb2+的耐性,结果表明,Cd2+和Pb2+抑制3种细菌培养基分离的铅锌矿区圆叶无心菜根际细菌的生长。Cd2+对常规、含Cd2+和含Pb2+细菌培养基分离的圆叶无心菜根际细菌生长半数抑制浓度(EC50)平均值分别为0.20、0.41和0.24 mmol.L-1,EC50最大值分别为0.70、0.79和0.48 mmol.L-1;Pb2+的EC50平均值分别为0.40、0.53和0.52 mmol.L-1,EC50最大值分别为0.77、0.87和0.82 mmol.L-1。含Cd2+的培养基分离的圆叶无心菜根际细菌对Cd和Pb的耐性较强。

摘  要:
Culturable rhizosphere bacteria of Arenaria orbiculata in abandoned lead-zinc mine area in Huize,Yunnan,China were isolated by common,Cd2+ or Pb2+ containing media.Cd and Pb tolerance of bacteria isolated by 3 media was studied by culturing the bacteria in fluid media containing Cd2+ or Pb2+,the results showed that: the growth of rhizosphere bacteria of Arenaria orbiculata in abandoned lead-zinc mine area was suppressed by Cd2+ or Pb2+.The average EC50 of Cd2+ on inhibition of the growth of rhizosphere bacteria isolated by common,Cd2+ or Pb2+ containing media was 0.20,0.41 and 0.24 mmol·L-1,the maximum EC50 of Cd2+ was 0.70,0.79 and 0.48 mmol·L-1 respectively.The average EC50 of Pb2+ on inhibition of the growth of rhizosphere bacteria isolated by common,Cd2+ or Pb2+ containing media was 0.40,0.53 and 0.52 mmol·L-1,the maximum EC50 of Pb2+ was 0.77,0.87 and 0.82 mmol·L-1 respectively.Cd and Pb tolerance of Arenaria orbiculata rhizosphere bacteria isolated by Cd2+ containing media was stronger.
