四环素及盐酸四环素对尾草履虫的毒性效应研究

摘  要:
本研究旨在探讨四环素及盐酸四环素对尾草履虫的急慢性毒性效应,初步评价四环素类抗生素对水生生物的潜在威胁。测定了四环素和盐酸四环素24 h半致死浓度(LC50)和最低有效浓度(LOEC),并以LOEC进行胁迫实验,观察尾草履虫15天单克隆生长曲线变化。结果表明:四环素对尾草履虫的LC50值为52.36125 mg/L,LOEC值为15.19917 mg/L;盐酸四环素对尾草履虫的LC50值为50.24583 mg/L,LOEC值为24.67175 mg/L。15天慢性毒性试验显示2种抗生素对尾草履虫的单克隆生长曲线产生了显著抑制作用,使其种群增长率降低,种群数量减少。说明四环素和盐酸四环素对单细胞动物存在急、慢性毒性效应,应明确其使用和排放标准,并积极开展监测和污染防控工作。

摘  要:
The aim of this research is to discuss the acute and chronic toxic effects of tetracycline(TC) and tetracycline hydrochloride(HTC) on Paramecium caudatum, and preliminarily assess the potential threat oftetracycline antibiotics to aquatic organisms. 24 h-lethal concentration 50%(LC50) and the lowest observedeffect concentration(LOEC) of TC and HTC on Paramecium caudatum were tested. LOEC was used in the stresstest. 15-day monoclonal growth curve of Paramecium caudatum was investigated. The results were as follows:24 h-LC50 of TC was 52.36125 mg/L and LOEC was 15.19917 mg/L. 24 h-LC50 of HTC was 50.24583 mg/L,LOEC value was 24.67175 mg/L. 15-day chronic toxic test showed that the two kinds of antibiotics hadsignificant inhibitory effects on 15-day monoclonal growth curve of Paramecium caudatum. The increase rateof population declined and the numbers of individuals reduced. These results suggested that tetracycline andtetracycline hydrochloride had acute and chronic toxicity on single-cell animal. We should make a definite standard for using and emission, and monitor and control the pollution of TC and HTC.
