氩弧熔覆原位合成Ni基耐磨层在犁铧上的应用

摘 要:
利用氩弧熔覆技术,在廉价的碳钢表面原位合成了T iC/N i基复合材料涂层。结果表明,熔覆层成形良好,与基体呈冶金结合,无裂纹、气孔等缺陷;熔覆层的组织为-γN i奥氏体枝晶、C rB、T iB2、M23C6及原位合成的弥散分布于熔覆层中的球状T iC陶瓷颗粒。熔覆层显微硬度高达HV0.21000,且呈梯度分布。磨损试验表明,熔覆层具有较好的耐磨性。模拟田间试验表明,熔覆层可用于农机耐磨件的制造与再制造并具有较好的经济效益。

摘 要:
In order to improve the wear-resistance property of carbon steel,the in-situ synthesis of TiC/Ni composite coating by(argon-)arc cladding technology was conducted and its application for plowshare was discussed.The microstructure and properties of the coating were investigated by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-Ray diffractometer,transmission(electron) microscope and microhardness tester model.The wear-resisting property of the cladding was tested on home-made(abrasion) tester.The results show that excellent bonding between the coating and the carbon steel substrate is strengthened by the strong(metallurgical) interface,and the coating is uniform,continuous and almost defect-free.The microstructure of the cladding is mainly composed of γ-Ni austenitic dendrite,CrB,M23C6,TiB2 and spherical TiC ceramic particle which is synthesized in-situ and(dispersively) distributed in the cladding.The maximum hardness of the cladding is HV0.21000,and appears graded distribution.The anti-abrasive test results show that the cladding is good at anti-abrasive and the abrasive performance is better than 65Mn steel treated by quenching and tempering.The field test results show that the technology is feasible to the manufacture and remanufacture of the wearable parts of agricultural machinery.
