转录因子DREB1A基因的克隆及植物表达载体的构建

摘  要：
研究转录因子DREB1A在植物抗渗透胁迫反应中的作用。根据GenBank中登录的DREB1A基因的序列设计引物,用PCR方法从拟南芥中克隆DREB1A基因,利用基因重组技术成功构建了植物表达载体pCAMB1A1300-DREB1A。该结果为进一步利用DREB1A基因做遗传转化研究奠定了基础。

摘  要：
To research the function of the transcription factor DREB1 A in plant tolerance to osmotic stress, a pair of primers was designed according to the sequence of DREB1 A gene in GenBank databases. The DREB1 A gene was cloned from Arabidopsis thaliarra by the method of PCR. By the method of Recombinant DNA Technology, plant expression vector pCAMB1 A1300-DREB1 A was successfully constructed. The results laid a foundation for further research on genetic transformation using DREB1 A gene.
