基因从真核生物向原核生物水平转移的研究进展

摘  要:
基因水平转移(horizontal gene transfer,HGT)是生物界的普遍现象,而在已发现的HGT事件中基因从真核生物水平转移至原核生物的现象相对比较罕见。对目前国内外已报道的文献进行了概括与总结,综述了基因水平转移的普遍性,真核生物至细菌、蓝藻等原核生物的基因水平转移研究现状,分析此类基因转移事件频率低存在的问题,并进行了展望。

摘  要:
Horizontal gene transfer(HGT)is a universal phenomenon in the biosphere but the phenomenon of horizontal gene transfer from eukaryotes transfer to prokaryotes is relatively rare.The paper reviews universality of horizontal gene transfer and research status in horizontal gene transfer from eukaryote to prokaryote(bacteria,algae and so on),analyzes the reasons of lower HGT event frequency and looks forward its research prospects based on published literature at home and abroad.
