宽幅播种机折叠式机架的改进设计与优化

摘  要:
为解决传统折叠式农机具机架在使用过程中存在的强度低和质量过大的问题,以2BMZ-13型气吸式免耕精量播种机折叠机架为研究对象,结合有限元分析和试验验证,对折叠机架进行了轻量化改进设计和优化。结果表明:优化后机架在满载工况下的形变量降低26.3%,最大应力降低了25%,整机质量降低了13.5%,安全系数提高了16.7%。研究结果可为机架的后续研究工作奠定基础和提供参考。

摘  要:
In order to solve the problems of low strength and high quality of the traditional agricultural folding frame existing in the use,taking the folding-frame of 2BMZ-13 type suction precise no-tillage planter,independently tentative developed,as the research object,the improvement and optimization were carried out by finite element analysis and test verification. The results showed that: compared with unimproved,the frame 's maximum deformation,maximum stress,and quality decreased by 26. 3%,25% and 13. 5% respectively,safety factor increased by 16. 7%,under the full loading condition. The results of this research provide a reference and a foundation for the follow-up study of the frame.
