秸秆微生物降解过程中不同预处理方法的比较研究

摘  要:
在中国,每年秸秆产量为6亿t左右,其中作为生活燃料和饲料的比例日益减少,致使很多秸秆被露天焚烧。实际上,秸秆是一种很好的生物质能源,微生物分解秸秆具有广阔前景。本论文中进行的实验研究以玉米秸秆为对象,将其进行四种不同的预处理后,采用复合纤维素分解菌系对其进行发酵培养,研究不同的预处理方法对秸秆发酵的影响。实验中分别对碱处理、汽爆处理、酸处理、未处理四个不同方法的pH动态、生物量变化、发酵产物的数据分析对比,结果表明有两种使得秸秆分解率较高的方法:碱处理及汽爆处理,汽爆处理又由于对环境污染很小,具有得天独厚的发展前途。此外,通过发酵过程中上述四种变量的变化趋势,还发现秸秆在接种后的0~3 d发酵速率非常快,产酸量较多,未处理的秸秆在前3 d的发酵速率、产酸情况及生物量变化情况均比碱处理及汽爆处理的秸秆高,具有应用于实际沼气工程的前景。

摘  要:
In China,there is about 6×10~8 t crop residue produced every year.As the diminishing of the proportion of living fuel and fodder,considerable amount of crop residue was burnt in open area.In fact,corn stalk is a kind of biomass resource.This paper briefly introduced the status of the use of crop residues in China and the corn straw cellulose-decomposing microorganisms.In the experiment,the corn stalk was pretreated in four different processing——steam explosion,acid(H_2SO_4),hydroxide(NaOH) and untreated,then have them degraded with the lignocellulolytic composite microbial system at 50℃ with in 15 days under static culture.And recorded three samples: pH dynamics,cell count,and the product.The result indicates the hydroxide and steam explosion are the two better pretreatment for the system.As the steam explosion causes little pollution to the environment,it is worth to developing.Through the three samples,we also found the fermentation rate is very fast in the first(3 days) after vaccination.It's ethanoic production volume is very high.pH value decreased from about 8.1 of the(beginning) to lower than 6.5.Through experiments we can also found that the fermentation rate of untreated corn stalk seems very fast in the first three days,the pH value decreased to 5.6.There is a practical prospect for the corn stalk to use in biogas project.
