不同植物生长延缓剂对甜瓜幼苗质量的影响

摘  要:
为了解决新疆吐鲁番地区甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)工厂化育苗当中遇到的容易出现徒长苗,不易培育出适龄壮苗这一问题,选用甜瓜品种西州密十七号为供试品种,研究不同植物生长延缓剂对甜瓜幼苗质量的影响。结果表明,在播种后的第四周时,40和60 mg/L多效唑(PP333)溶液浸基质处理以及200 mg/L PP333溶液喷施叶面处理对幼苗株高的抑制作用最强;就幼苗的真叶而言,40和60 mg/L PP333溶液浸基质处理对幼苗叶片生长的抑制作用最显著,并且60 mg/L PP333溶液浸基质处理下叶片最厚;就幼苗的叶柄长度而言,60 mg/L PP333溶液对幼苗叶柄的抑制作用最强;60和40 mg/L PP333溶液浸基质处理的幼苗根冠比极显著大于对照和其他各处理;对幼苗壮苗指数影响较大的3个处理分别为12 000 mg/L比久(B9)溶液喷施叶面处理、16 000 mg/L B9溶液浸基质处理、200 mg/L PP333溶液喷施叶面处理。综合考虑幼苗根冠比和壮苗指数可以得出,200 mg/L PP333溶液喷施叶面处理表现最佳,可以用于防止甜瓜穴盘苗的徒长,培育壮苗。

摘  要:
To solve the problem encountered in Xinjiang Turpan melon factory nursery prone that the excessive growth of the seeding and quality seedlings were difficult to breed,using Xinzhoumi17 as materials,the effects of different plant growth retardants on muskmelon seedling quality were studied. The results showed that,in the 4th weeks after sowing,the inhibitory effect on seedling plant height was the strongest under the treatments of 40 mg / L and 60 mg / L of PP333 solution leaching process,as well as 200 mg / L of PP333 solution foliar spraying. In terms of seedling leaf,40 mg / L and 60 mg / L of PP333 solution leaching process had the most significant inhibition for the growth of seedling leaves,and the blade thickness of 60 mg / L of PP333 solution leaching process was the largest. In terms of seedling petiole length,60 mg / L of PP333 solution had the strongest inhibitory effect on seedling petioles. The seedling root cap ratio of 60 mg / L and 40 mg / L of PP333 solution leaching process treatments was significantly higher than controls and other treatments. The seedling index of the three treatments,including 12 000 mg / L of B9 solution foliar spraying,16 000 mg / L of solution leaching process and 200 mg / L of PP333 solution foliar spraying,was higher than others. Comprehensive consideration of the seedling root cap ratio and seedling index,the treatment of 200 mg / L of PP333 solution foliar spraying had the best performance, and could be used to prevent the excessive growth of the seeding growth and breed quality seedling.
