摘  要:
概述了Toll样受体(TLRs)的发现、种类及其作用模式,重点介绍了TLR7的分子结构、组织分布、识别的配体以及依赖MyD88接头分子的信号转导通路,最后,综述了TLR7介导的抗病毒效应的研究进展。提出,对TLR7及其作用机制的研究必将有助于新型动物用疫苗的创制。

摘  要:
The discovery of TLRs,function patterns and sorts were summarized.The review is focused on the molecular structure,tissue distribution,recognized ligands and signaling pathways dependent on MyD88 of TLR7.Finally the advance in TLR7-mediated anti-viral immune responses was discussed.It is believed on that TLR7 could help develope new vaccines for animals.
