Greenhouse strawberry and soil were used as test materials and were irrigated with ozone water at 1.0mg·L-1.The effects of ozone water irrigation on physiological characteristics of strawberry seedlings were studied by measuring physiological characteristics of the mineral elements content, organic matter content,pH of soil and roots vigor, leaves chlorophyll content, leaves antioxidant enzyme activities of strawberry seedlings. The results showed that ozone water irrigation could significantly increase the major elements of N and P and trace elements of Zn in soil, significantly increase the roots vigor and leaves antioxidant enzyme activities of strawberry seedlings, and could increase the stress resistance of strawberry seedlings. The ozone water irrigation had less effect on the pH of soil and leaves chlorophyll content of strawberry seedlings, while the organic matter content of soil significantly decreased.
