口蹄疫抗体免疫层析试纸的临床应用及性能评价

摘  要：
为评价前期研制的猪口蹄疫O型抗体检测试纸的临床应用效果,检测了162头份口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)多肽疫苗免疫猪血清和87头份灭活疫苗免疫猪血清,并与UBI FMDV抗体检测ELISA和美国BioXL FMDV抗体检测ELISA做平行对比试验。结果显示,试纸与2种ELISA方法的符合率分别为95.06%和96.55%。说明该试纸可以用于猪FMDV O型抗体的临床检测,为评价口蹄疫疫苗免疫效果提供了快速、简便的方法。

摘  要：
To evaluate the clinical application effects of the immunochromatographic strips for detecting antibodies against swine foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV),a total of 162 sera samples from the FMDV-peptide vaccine immunized pigs and 87 samples from the FMDV inactivated vaccine immunized pigs were detected by the immunochromatographic strips and FMDV antibody detecting ELISA kits provided by UBI or BioXL simultaneously.The results showed that the agreement rate of the strip with the two ELISA kits was 95.06% and 96.55%,respectively.This suggests that the strip can be used for detecting FMDV clinical serum samples and displays rapid and simple features.
