口蹄疫病毒结构蛋白P1研究进展

摘  要:
口蹄疫病毒P1基因编码的结构蛋白是构成口蹄疫病毒衣壳的基础,对诱导动物机体产生中和抗体和其他保护性免疫反应有重要作用。文章综述了口蹄疫病毒结构蛋白的结构、抗原特性以及利用重组P1基因制备口蹄疫新型疫苗和诊断检测制剂的最新研究进展。

摘  要:
The structural proteins encoded by the gene P1 of foot and mouth disease virus(FMDV)is the foundation for the construction of FMDV capsids which play very important roles for inducing neutralization antibodies and other immune protection.The purpose of this article is to review the advanced studies on the structures,antigenic properties of FMDV structural proteins and the alternative novel vaccine and diagnostic reagents prepared by recombinant gene P1 and proteins.
