摘  要:
研究了千斤拔有效成分提取分离的最佳工艺条件,通过RP-HPLC法进行了单因素和正交试验考察提取工艺.结果表明,千斤拔有效成分的最佳提取分离工艺为:分别用石油醚、三氯甲烷脱脂,脱脂后药渣加入料液比为1∶14的醋酸乙酯100℃回流提取3h,提取2次.

摘  要:
In order to optimize the extraction technology of the components in Moghania philippinensis(Merr.et Rolfe) Li,RP-HPLC was adopted to examine the technology with single-factor and orthogonal experimental designs.The following conditions were identified as the best extraction technology for the components in M.philippinensis: degreasing with petroleum benzene for 3 h and with chloroform for 3 h;two backflow extractions at100℃ for 3 h after the addition of ethyl acetate with a solid: liquid ratio of 1∶14.
