新中国成立70周年以来地方农业高校服务农村人才振兴的实践与探索——以江西农业大学为例

摘  要：
新中国成立以来,解决好"三农问题"始终是党和国家全部工作的重中之重。坚持农业农村优先发展、实施乡村振兴战略,破解"三农"问题,实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标,培养造就一支懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的"三农"工作队伍是关键,也是农业高校的职责和使命。新中国成立70周年来,江西农业大学始终不忘初心,为乡村人才振兴做出了积极的探索。"共大"办学时期,形成了"半工半读、扎根基层、学以致用"的培养模式;改革开放以来,坚持继续教育、农技推广、科技兴农"三位一体"育人才;进入新时代,积极实施"一村一名大学生"工程,助力乡村人才振兴、科技服务、智力帮扶。总结建国以来江西农业大学在农业职业教育方面的经验与启示,主要有:一是立足农业高校办学定位,二是立足国情农情校情,三是立足农业农村发展前沿,为乡村培育"一懂两爱三宽四得"的农业专业人才。

摘  要：
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the effort at solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has always been the top priority in the overall agenda and endeavors of the Party and the state. It is the key duty and mission of agricultural colleges and universities to give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,implement the strategy of rural revitalization,solve the problems related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and realize the two centenary goals. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China 70 years ago,Jiangxi Agricultural University has never forgotten its original intention and made active exploration for the revitalization of rural talents. During the period of Jiangxi Communist Labor University,a training mode of "part-time work,part-time study,rooting in the grassroots,and applying the knowledge to practice" was formed. Since the reform and opening up,the University has insisted on continuing education,extension of agricultural technology,science and technology to develop agriculture and to cultivate talents; In the new era,the university is actively implementing the project of "one college student per village" to help rural areas to revitalize the talents enhancement,technical extension service and poverty-relief through intelligence. The experiences and inspirations of Jiangxi Agricultural University in agricultural vocational education since the founding of the People's Republic of China are summarized as follows: first,it is based on the orientation of agricultural colleges; second,it is based on the national conditions,agricultural conditions and university conditions; third,it is based on the field work of agricultural and rural development.
