臭氧处理草莓果实内部结构显微观察

摘  要:
利用电子显微镜对臭氧处理草莓薄壁细胞超微结构变化进行观察。结果表明:草莓经过臭氧处理后,细胞结构比较紧密,内部变化较对照缓慢。

摘  要:
Using electron microscopy,the changes of strawberry thin-walled cell ultrastructural was observed under the ozone treatment.The results showed that after ozone treatment,the cell structure of strawberry was more closely and internal change was slowly compared with the control.
