半胱胺螯合锌对育肥猪生长性能、养分表观消化率、胴体性状及肉品质的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平半胱胺螯合锌(Zn-CS)对育肥猪生长性能、养分表观消化率、胴体性状及肉品质的影响。试验选取(64.67±1.15) kg的"杜长大"育肥猪90头,随机分为5个组,每组3个重复(圈),每个重复6头,公母各占1/2。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组为试验组,分别在基础饲粮中添加60、90、120和150 mg/kg的Zn-CS。预试期为7 d,正试期为60 d。试验结束时每个重复随机抽取1头猪进行屠宰测定。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组育肥猪平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅲ组、Ⅴ组料重比有降低趋势(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,Ⅴ组育肥猪粗蛋白质表观消化率提高了3.47%(P>0.05)。3)与对照组相比,Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组育肥猪胴体瘦肉率分别提高了6.14%、5.51%(P>0.05);饲粮中添加Zn-CS对育肥猪的肉品质指标均无显著影响(P>0.05)。4)与对照组相比,Ⅲ组育肥猪肌肉天门冬氨酸含量提高了7.65%(P>0.05),Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组育肥猪肌肉异亮氨酸含量分别提高了9.09%、7. 95%(P> 0. 05),Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组育肥猪肌肉组氨酸含量分别提高了7.22%、8.25%、7.22%(P>0.05)。5)肌肉脂肪酸组成方面,与对照组相比,Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组育肥猪肌肉硬脂酸含量分别降低了7.67%、7.99%(P>0.05),肌肉亚油酸含量分别提高了5.29%、5.50%(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加Zn-CS能够改善育肥猪的生长性能,提高粗蛋白质表观消化率,提高育肥猪的瘦肉率,并提高肌肉亚油酸、组氨酸、天门冬氨酸和异亮氨酸含量,从而改善肉品质。本试验条件下,综合各项结果,建议育肥猪饲粮中Zn-CS的添加水平为90 mg/kg。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different dietary levels of cysteamine chelated zinc(Zn-CS)on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,carcass traits and meat quality of finishing pigs. Ninety finishing pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)with average body weight of(64.67±1.15)kg were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates(pens)per group and 6 pigs in each replicate(half male and half female). Pigs in the control group(groupⅠ)were fed a basal diet,and those in the experiment groups(groupsⅡ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ andⅤ)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 60,90,120 and 150 mg/kg Zn-CS,respectively. The trial period was 60 days after 7-day preliminary trial period. In the end,one pig in each replicate was randomly slaughtered. The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the average daily gain of finishing pigs in groups Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain in groupsⅢandⅤwas tended to be decreased(P>0.05). 2)Compared with the control group,the crude protein apparent digestibility of finishing pigs in groupⅤwas increased by 3.47%(P>0.05). 3)Compared with the control group,the lean meat rate of finishing pigs in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was increased by 6.14% and 5.51%,respecitively(P>0.05),and the Zn-CS supplementation had no significant effects on meat quality of finishing pigs(P>0.05). 4)Compared with the control group,the muscle aspartate content of finishing pigs in group Ⅲ was increased by 7.65%(P>0.05),the muscle isoleucine content of finishing pigs in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was increased by 9.09% and 7.95%,respectively(P>0.05),and the muscle histidine content of finishing pigs in groupsⅢ, ⅣandⅤwas increased by 7.22%,8.25% and 7.22%,respectively(P>0.05). 5)In terms of fatty acid composition in muscle,compared with the control group,the stearic acid content of finishing pigs in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was decreased by 7.67% and 7.99%,respecitively(P>0.05),and the linoleic acid content was increased by 5.29% and 5.50%,respectively(P>0.05). In conclusion,dietary Zn-CS can improve the growth performance,increase the apparent digestibility of crude protein,the lean meat rate,and the contents of linoleic acid,histidine,aspartate and isoleucine in muscle,so as to improve the meat quality of finishing pigs. Under this experiment condition,considering the combined results,the dietary optimal supplemental level of Zn-CS for finishing pigs is 90 mg/kg.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2020,32(1):120-128]
