高效液相色谱法测定复方阿莫西林粉中阿莫西林和克拉维酸含量

摘  要:
建立了同时测定复方阿莫西林粉中阿莫西林和克拉维酸钾两组分含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。色谱条件:C18色谱柱(250 mm4.0 mm, 5 m),甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH 6.0)-水(10:1:89)为流动相;检测波长215 nm。阿莫西林和克拉维酸标准曲线的线性范围分别为2~14g/mL和0.5~3.5 g/mL,相关系数均为0.999 9;平均回收率分别为100.1%和99.6%。本法简单快速、准确可靠,适用于该制剂中两种组分含量的同时测定。

摘  要:
A HPLC method for simultaneous determination of amoxycillin and potassium clavulanate in com-pound amoxycillin powder was described. The column was C18(250 mm×4.0 mm, 5m), the mobile phase wasCH3OH+KH2PO4-buffer(pH6.0)+H2O(10:1:89), and detection wavelength was 215 nm. The linear range ofamoxycillin and clavulanic acid were 2~14 g/mL(r =0.999 9) and 0.5~3.5 g/mL(r =0.999 9). The averagerecoveries of amoxycillin and clavulanic acid were 100.1% and 99.6% respectively. The method was simple, rapidand accurate, suitable for the determination of the two constituents in compound amoxycillin powder.
