微生物多糖结构与免疫活性的关系

摘  要:
在水产养殖中,微生物多糖是被广泛研究和应用的免疫增强剂。不同结构的多糖产生的免疫增强效果不同,葡聚糖的初级结构、螺旋构象、分支情况、分子量大小和取代基团的性质都是影响葡聚糖免疫活性的因素;肽聚糖的分子量大小和二糖寡肽保守重复结构,尤其是肽段部分的结构是影响肽聚糖免疫活性的主要因素;脂多糖的免疫活性主要与类脂A的结构有关,而影响类脂A活性的因素有二糖骨架、磷酸化所决定的负电荷分布状态以及脂酰基的性质、长度和数量。

摘  要:
Microbial polysaccharides are widely researched and used as immunostimulants in aquaculture. This article indicates that different structures could produce different effects of immunostimulation. The factors influencing on the immune activities of glucan include the primary structure, helix conformation and the state of embranchment, molecular weight, and the property of substituted group. While the length of the glycan strand and the conservative repeating structure of the disaccharide-tetrapeptide unit, especially the structure of the tetrapeptide section, are the important factors inflaencing on the peptidoglycan immune activity. As for lipopolysaccharide, lipoid A is the primary correlative structure to its immunological property, whereas the major contributing factors to lipoid A activity are disaccharide backbone, number and lengths of acyl chains and the negative charges settled by phosphorylation.
