中国羊肉价格下降原因分析

摘  要:
2014年2月至2016年6月,中国羊肉价格保持下降态势。羊肉价格过低,不仅影响羊养殖户的经营性收入,而且对畜牧业经营本身也会产生重大影响。分别从供给、需求和经济环境因素等角度,对国内外羊肉供给量、猪肉和牛肉价格、城镇居民可支配收入、气温及年均降雨量等影响羊肉持续下降的因素进行分析,发现进口羊肉价格、国内羊肉供给量、牛肉和猪肉价格、恩格尔系数以及气温等因素变动与羊肉价格下降有显著的相关性。

摘  要:
From February 2014 to June 2016, the price of mutton in China kept declining. An unusually low mutton price not only affected the operating income of the sheep farmers, but also had a significant impact on livestock management. From the perspective of supply, demand, economic environment factors, and so on,the authors analyzed the factors influencing mutton price decline, such as domestic and foreign mutton supply,prices of pork and beef, disposable income of urban residents, temperature and annual rainfall, and found that changes of import mutton price, domestic mutton supply, prices of beef and pork, the Engel coefficient,temperature and other factors had significant correlation with mutton price.
