湖北地区禽源性空肠弯曲菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析

摘  要：
为了解湖北省禽源空肠弯曲菌的流行病学及耐药性情况,从武汉市及其周边地区采取禽源样品276份,其中肛拭子175份,盲肠内容物101份。共分离出50株空肠弯曲菌,分离率为18.12%,其中肛拭子分离20株,盲肠内容物分离30株。结果显示,不同采样途径空肠弯曲菌的分离率不同,盲肠内容物分离率高于肛拭子。采用定性测定纸片扩散法对以上分离的菌株进行药敏试验,50株空肠弯曲菌分离株对氨基糖苷类药物敏感性最高(S≥66.0%),其次分别是红霉素(S=70.0%)和磺胺甲基异恶唑(S=58.0%)。对喹诺酮类药物耐药性最强(R=100%)。

摘  要：
To investigate the epidemiological and antimicrobial susceptibility profiles of Campylobacter jejuni in poultry in Hubei province, 276 samples was collected, thereinto 175 were from feces and 101 were from contents of cecum. 50(18.12%) Campylobacter jejuni was isolated in total, among the isolates, 20 isolates were separated from feces, and 30 isolates were separated from the contents of cecum. The results showed that the separation rate from contents of cecum was higher than that from feces. The disk diffusion test method was used to determine resistance of the isolates. The results showed that the isolates were most sensitive to aminoglycosides(S≥66%),secondly to erythromycin,sulfamethoxazole, and all strains were resistant to floroquinolones(R=100%).
