林业干部自然体验与森林康养培训课程开发的探索与思考

摘  要:
近年来,以自然体验教育和森林康养为核心的各种活动日益火热,并有席卷全球的态势。我国的自然体验和森林康养研究均处于起步阶段。通过问卷分析,我们发现林业干部职工对自然体验和森林康养的了解仍十分有限,对于相关理论、方式方法、推广形式等方面的了解还不够深入。针对存在的问题,要提高生态意识,把开展自然体验与森林康养培训作为推动生态文明建设的有效途径;探索实践,把普及自然体验与森林康养理念和方法作为培训教学内容的主要目标;注重实效,把了解自然,作为生态保护的首要前提,把亲近自然作为放松身心、压力调适的重要手段;创新模式,把采取灵活多样的教学方式作为提高培训水平的突破口。

摘  要:
In recent years, all kinds of natural experience education and forest healthcare programs have become increasingly popular around the world. In China, however, natural experience and forest healthcare research is in its infancy. Through questionnaire analysis, we find forestry cadres and workers have a quite limited understanding of natural experience and forest healthcare and a shallow knowledge of relevant theories, methods and forms of promotion. In response to these problems, we must raise the ecological awareness and take natural experience and forest healthcare training as an effective way to promote the development of ecological civilization; we must explore the practice and take the popularized natural experience and forest healthcare concepts and methods as the main objectives of training and teaching; we must stress the actual results and take understanding nature asthe primary premise of ecological protection and getting close to nature as an important means of physical and mental relaxation and stress adjustment; we must innovate new models and adopts flexible and diverse teaching methods to lift the level of training.
