几种牧草种子空间诱变效应研究

摘  要:
2003年11月利用返回式卫星搭载牧草种子,返回后对其标准发芽率、田间出苗率、株高、分蘖数、生育期等生物学性状进行观察。结果表明,空间搭载后标准发芽率、硬实率和田间出苗率没有显著变化。空间诱变对牧草株高和分蘖数的影响因物种而异。搭载时种子含水量对空间诱变效应影响大小因物种而异。胡枝子Lespedeza bicolor搭载后代中出现矮化、早熟、黄化等突变体。空间搭载对牧草部分农艺性状有显著的诱变作用,通过空间搭载获得有价值的突变体是可行的。

摘  要:
Dry forage seeds were carried into space by recoverable satellite in 2003.Germination rate,absolute height,tiller were tested after seeds were recovered.Results showed that there was no significant difference of germination rate between spaceflight and ground control.The effect on height and tillers varied with species.Some changed characters such as dwarf,etiolation,prematurity showed in Lespedeza bicolor plant developed from flight seeds.To conclude,spaceflight has made great effects on forage seeds.
