动力传动系弯扭耦合振动分析与灵敏度优化

摘要：

以某车动力传动系为例,考虑了轴承联轴器和啮合斜齿轮等结构单元,按照一定的简化原则建立了其弯扭耦合振动模型,并且利用传递矩阵法获得了其固有频率和振型。对模型进行了模态分析,获得了弯扭振动与纯弯曲振动和纯扭转振动的关系,研究了耦合模态的振动形式与模态参与因子和有效质量,进一步得到振动特性。结合大量的试验验证了模型的准确性,最后通过传递矩阵法推导的灵敏度分析计算公式,对传动系的扭转刚度等结构变量进行分析优化,并且仿真证明了优化的准确性,解决了该传动系的异常振动问题,降低了汽车厂家改造的成本,为以后的动力性分析与研究提供了一定的参考。

摘要：

Considering the bearing coupling,the meshing helical gear and other structural unit,a vehicle power transmission system is taken as an example.Then,its bending-torsional coupled vibration model is established in accordance with certain simplification principle and the natural frequency,and vibration mode is obtained using the transfer matrix method.The relationship between the bending vibration and the torsional vibration is obtained by the modal analysis on the modal.Next,the vibration characteristics are further got through the study on the coupling modal vibration form,the modal participation factor and the effective quality.The accuracy of the modal is verified with a large number of tests.Then,the structure variables such as torsional stiffness of the transmission are analyzed and optimized through the calculation formula of the sensitivity analysis which is deduced by the transfer matrix method.Further more,the simulation proves the accuracy of the optimization.Finally,the problem of abnormal vibration of transmission lines is solved and the automobile manufacturers' cost of reconstruction is reduced.It provides a certain reference to the later dynamic analysis and research.
