甘西鼠尾草与丹参主要成分含量的测定

摘  要:
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定甘西鼠尾草中的主要成分含量,并与丹参作对比.方法:采用Dikma Dia-monsil-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm),0.026%磷酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长280nm.结果:本含量测定方法的线性、准确度、精密度和重复性均良好.结论:本法简便可行、重复性好,可用于甘西鼠尾草中脂溶性与水溶性成分的同时测定.甘西鼠尾草中的主要水溶性成分是迷迭香酸而不是丹酚酸B,甘西鼠尾草中的迷迭香酸和丹参酮ⅡA的含量高于丹参,丹酚酸B的含量低于丹参.

摘  要:
Objective: To establish an HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography) procedure for the determination of the main components of Salvia przewalskii Maxim,with the result compared with Danshen(S.miltiorrhiza Bunge).Methods: The column consisted of a Dikma Diamonsil reverse-phase C18 column(5 μm,4.6×250 mm).The mobile phase consisted of 0.026% phosphoric acid in water and acetonitrile,using a gradient program.The flow rate was kept at 1 mL/min and the column temperature at 30 ℃,and the UV detector was set at 280 nm.Results: This method was shown to have good linearity,accuracy,precision and repeatability.Conclusion: The method is simple,feasible and reproducible,and can be used for quality control of S.przewalskii.The main water-soluble component of S.przewalskii is rosmarinic acid instead of salvianolic acid B.S.przewalskii has higher rosmarinic acid and tanshinone II and lower salvianolic acid B than S.miltiorrhiza.S.przewalskii is valuable and worth further exploitation.
