摘  要:
[目的]通过改进的Qu ECh ERS方法,建立高效液相色谱质谱法测定复杂基质油料中苯磺隆残留量的分析方法。[方法]在加水润湿样本后,目标化合物经乙腈提取、柠檬酸缓冲盐提取包脱水以及EMR分散固相萃取净化后,高效液相色谱串联质谱检测。[结果]苯磺隆在0.001~1.00 mg/L质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性,相关系数(R~2)大于0.999;在0.01、0.05、0.5 mg/kg三个添加水平下,回收率在87.1%~110.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.4%~9.5%,方法定量限(LOQ)为0.01 mg/kg。[结论]首次采用EMR分散固相萃取净化,测定油料作物中苯磺隆的残留量,该方法简单、可靠,灵敏度、精密度和检测限均达到了农药残留检测的要求。

摘  要:
[Aims] A Qu ECh ERS-HPLC/MS/MS method was developed for the quantitative determination of tribenuron-methyl residues in oil crops. [Methods] The samples were wetted with water, extracted with acetonitrile,dehydrated with citric acid buffer salt and purified by EMR, and the target compound was detected by HPLC-MS/MS.[Results] The results showed that when the concentration of tribenuron-methyl ranged from 0.001 to 1.00 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was above 0.999. When the spiked levels were 0.01, 0.05 and 0.5 mg/kg, the recoveries of tribenuron-methyl ranged from 87.1 to 110.5%, and the relative standard deviations(RSD) were between 3.4 and 9.5%.In addition, the LOQ of the method was 0.01 mg/kg. [Conclusions] The EMR was used as dispersive solid-phase extraction agent in the determination of tribenuron-methyl residues in oil crops for the first time. The method is fast and reliable, which meets the requirements for determination of tribenuron-methyl residues in oil crops.
