女性农民工获取职业资格证书的影响因素分析

摘  要：
获取职业资格证书是增加女性农民工"含金量",帮助其在城镇"乐业"的重要保障,是影响其融入城镇的重要因素。在文献研究和实地调研的基础上,关注与思考影响女性农民工获取职业资格证书的相关因素,通过交叉分析和卡方检验对影响因素进行初次筛选,利用logistic回归分析再次剔除不相关变量并建立回归模型。模型显示培训状况、受教育程度、随迁子女情况、收入满意度、工作时间等对女性农民工获取职业资格证书产生了显著的影响,在此基础之上提出相应的对策建议。

摘  要：
Getting professional qualification certificates can improve migrant women's capability to obtain employment, help them go merrily to their work, and influence them to integrate into the city. Based on literature and field research, the author concerned and thought about proposing factors that affect migrant women's access to vocational qualifications, through cross-analysis and chi-square test for initial screening factors, and used logistic regression analysis to exclude irrelevant variables and build regression models.Model showed that training status, level of education, children live together, income satisfaction, work time had a significant impact. Then put forward corresponding suggesting.
