5-氨基乙酰丙酸对盐胁迫下葡萄叶片光合特性及生长特性的影响

摘  要:
以耐盐性较弱的葡萄品种"夏黑"和耐盐性较强的葡萄品种"里扎马特"为试材,在0、2、4g·kg~(-1) 3个浓度氯化钠(NaCl)胁迫下,对"夏黑"和"里扎马特"叶面喷施0、75、150mg·L~(-1)浓度的5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA),分别测定其叶片光合气体交换、叶绿素含量以及生长指标,以明确ALA对NaCl胁迫下葡萄叶片中光合气体交换、叶绿素含量及生长指标的影响。结果表明:"夏黑"葡萄在2g·kg~(-1)盐胁迫下,喷施75mg·L~(-1)的ALA时,叶片中的光合气体交换呈现出净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(E)、气孔导度(Gs)的下降值及胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)的升高值最显著,叶绿素含量提高效果明显以及葡萄株高、茎粗的相对生长量缓解效果最明显;"里扎马特"葡萄在4g·kg~(-1)盐胁迫下,喷施150mg·L~(-1)的ALA时,叶片中的光合气体交换呈现出Pn、E、Gs下降值及Ci的提高值最显著,叶绿素含量提高效果明显以及葡萄株高、茎粗的相对生长量的缓解效果最明显。由此说明,150 mg·L~(-1)浓度的ALA对"里扎马特"葡萄的缓解效果相对好于75mg·L~(-1)浓度,75mg·L~(-1)浓度的ALA对"夏黑"葡萄的缓解效果相对好于150mg·L~(-1)浓度。

摘  要:
In order to understand influence of 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)on photosynthetic gas exchange,chlorophyll content and growth indexes in grape leaves under salt stress(NaCl),two varieties of grapes ‘Summer Black'(salt sensitive)and‘Rizamat'(strong salt resistance)were used as test materials,with three salt stress level of 0,2,4g·kg~(-1) and different foliar spray of 0,75,150 mg·L~(-1) concentration of ALA on two grape varieties of‘Black Summer'and‘Rizamat',photosynthetic gas exchange,chlorophyll content and growth index were measured.The results showed that,the 2g·kg~(-1) salt stress and 75mg·L~(-1) ALA,4g·kg~(-1) salt stress and 150mg·L~(-1) ALA treatment respectively for the‘Summer Black'and‘Rizamat'grape,the Pn,E,Gs and the increasing of Ci showed most significantly,the content of chlorophyll content increased greatly and the two leaf photosynthetic gas exchange showed decreasing of grape plant height,stem diameter relative growth showed the most obvious effect to ease.Therefore,the relief effect of concentration of 150mg·L~(-1) ALA on ‘Rizamat'grape was relative better to the concentration of 75mg·L~(-1),concentration of75mg·L~(-1) ALA on‘Summer Black'grapes was relative better to the concentration of 150mg·L~(-1).
