提高梅花鹿骨钙溶率研究

摘  要:
梅花鹿骨通过高压蒸煮、磨浆和酶水解蛋白质,使可溶性肽和氨基酸含量增加,促进梅花鹿骨钙的溶解,增加梅花鹿骨钙溶率。酶解后的梅花鹿骨经微粒化后,有利于被消化液作用,可促进人体对其吸收利用。

摘  要:
Sika deer'sbone was treated by high pressure steaming,pulp grinding and enzyme hydrolysis.The content of the soluble peptide and amino acid in sika deer's bone were enhanced.The solution rate of calcium in which was increased.The sika deer's bone which was ground into micro granules form is easy of digestion and absorption in human body after enzyme hydrolysis.The rate of absorption and bioavailability was increased.
