创新型人才科教融合培养模式的构建及实施对策研究

摘  要：
科教融合是创新型人才培养的有效途径,但我国目前的科教融合人才培养模式及其保障实施政策还很不完善,影响了创新型人才的培养质量。基于此,在分析科教融合内涵及总结我国科教融合培养创新型人才存在问题的基础上,提出科教融合的创新型人才培养模式构建的关键:科学定位创新型人才培养目标、牢固树立科教融合的观念和拓宽科教融合的创新型人才培养途径。并从政府、高校、教师、学生及大学精神五个层面提出创新型人才科教融合培养模式实施的保障措施。

摘  要：
Integration of science and education is an effective way to cultivate innovative talents. However,the current mode of integration of science and education and its implementation policies are far from perfect,affecting the quality of training innovative talents. On the basis of analyzing the connotation of the integration of science and education and summarizing the problems existing in the integration of science and education to train innovative talents in China,this paper puts forward that the key to the construction of the mode of the integration of science and education is to scientifically orientate the training objectives of innovative talents,firmly establish the concept of integration of science and education and broaden ways of cultivating innovative talents based on integration of science and education. the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the mode of integration of science and education for cultivating innovative talents from five aspects of government,university,teacher,student and university spirit.
